The fact that 2.0.3 had issues makes it even more important that 2.0.4
be as solid a release as possible. Sean, you're right that 2.0.3 is
bad PR for the WP community. Two consecutive hurried releases is not
the way to fix that.

Yes, a quick release is a good idea. A thoroughly tested release is a
better idea.
