Sadly I stopped using Ryan's contact form as I was getting spammed via the contact form several times per day. Then I had a HUGE site issue, was fortunate to get some great help from folks (Owen Winkler, Firas Durri and Robert Deaton - thanks guys) and I got it sorted out, more or less. Bottom line is that I'm currently not using a contact form at all, but was going to try one from Matt Read (aka Big Jibby) at http://mattread.com .
