I logged Ticket #3170. I looked and I don't think this issue was logged
before. At least I could not find it.
It would be nice to see the post_status index in pure WP 2.0+ sites. I think
it should be re-included in new 2.0.5 sites and an adjustment so that the
upgrade process adds the index to the site if it is not already there.
Excellent find Brian! Ryan has checked in a fix for 2.0.5, and it does
not seem relevant for trunk as it already seems to have an index that
includes this.
