Actually, I think it does alphabetically sort themes, but by the name of
the directories in /wp-content/themes/, rather than the theme name
specified in style.css.
I seriously doubt that any more sorting would make it load faster, as it
only adds CPU cycles to the page load.
I mean like it does not just have them all on one page in the admin
page. but I have over 100 themes and that doesn't go quickly even though
I have DSL.I don't know maybe i will try and make a plug-in
...
