Displaying tagging categories that have not been used as blog post
categories is a bug. You are welcome to file it, though I am pretty
sure it is already on the radar.

Thanks Lloyd. :) I won't file one. I'm sure it's being examined in some
way or another. I'll just let the authors know about it, and to leave
