Probably because all of the bitches that made those JavaScript
animations were promptly killed before they could breed and produce more
hideous creations.
It is generally considered amateurish to use such creations, which is
probably why no such creations have been made since that era. If you
check JS script archives there are probably could be some made from
people who went underground after the great massacre of 2003, the
drive-bys in 2004.
