File a trac ticket on it. (Else i'll file one later this arvo)

But it is a bug, the CSS file is getting echo'd before a redirection takes 
place.. not something that should be happening.
At the same time, Its also not echoing the CSS into the head section of the 
HTML, which needs fixing too IMO.
