Ok - sorry - steps, yes...
Interestingly, this error is not occurring today. Perhaps an expired
cookie has helped? I did upgrade from one nightly to the latest
yesterday...
Anyway, here are the steps I took yesterday to show the issue.
Open a Page for editing or create a new one.
Click the Media button to add a new image
Upload an image
Select "Thumbnail" or "Medium" as a size option
Send to editor
Save the page -> Error
