It's a *major* accessibility flaw to not have meaningful titles on
links like this. I filed a bug on this two weeks ago. There has been
no action on it or comments from the Powers To Be. I didn't supply a
patch. Add your comments/patches here:

The point is, it isn't clear to a person who has never used this new

before that you have to click on the comment author's name to edit the
comment. There are links to Approve or Unapprove, | Spam | Delete. You
would expect to see "Edit" there somewhere.
Yeah, it's that way for posts and other things too, I think. Believe me,
you're not alone at seeing this and thinking "WTF!?!??!" ... LOL! I
actually like this new method though...
