Was the "delete all" button removed from the comments moderation page in 2.5.x? Unless it has been moved, I can't seem to find it, that was a time saving button especially when you have hundreds of spam comments.
Click the checkbox in the head of the table, it'll check everything on that page. Then there's a delete button to the right.
