Your theme has to coded to take advantage on the new built-in Gravatar
support in 2.5. Here's a couple of good options for you:
--Modify your existing theme:

or
--Use the updated "Easy Gravatars" plugin. Just upload and activate:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/easygravatars/#post-2587
Either one or the other. You won't need both.
You might also contact the author of your theme and ask them if they
might update it for WP 2.5 Gravatar support.
