Hi All,
I've been trying an upgrade of a site running Wordpress 2.3.3 to
Wordpress 2.5RC2 today on a test copy of the site.
As an indication, the site has 16 active plugins, with a further 5 not
active. Some of these plugins (at least 3), wordpress.org won't know
anything about as they are internal ones.
However, when trying to load the plugin page in Wordpress 2.5RC2, it
seems to just keep timing out.
Stepping through the code with lots of random print and exits has
revealed that it's dying around about Line 103 of
wp-admin/includes/update.php - indeed, making the HTTP call it tries
manually myself seems to resort in the request timing out.
The IP address of the reqest can be provided in an off-list email if
required.
Has anyone else seen this?
