Well, it is already said that the plug-in is not compatible with WordPress 2.5. Have a look at: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/shutter-reloaded/
Compatible up to 2.3.1. But you could inform the plug-in author / comment on his weblog (http://www.laptoptips.ca/projects/wp-shutter-reloaded/) about the "fatal error".
