So, where should it go?  For example, I have a plugin that will list 
attachments at the end of a post, and has different icons that can be 
associated with a mimetype or extension.  The user can upload additional 
icons to the wp-content/plugins/my-plugin/icons/ folder (through the 
plugin admin page, or ftp), and then associate files with it.  Where 
should I be putting things like?
