Isn't "5 orders of magnitude" 10^5 (i.e. 100,000)...

The majority of WordPress blogs are run on PHP5 but it is a slim
majority. Last I checked it was closer than 60/40. We'll see what
happens to those numbers after August but I expect we won't raise the
PHP requirement before next year.
