What problems are you seeing exactly? Since I use the "Ozh Absolute
Comments" plugin for editing and replying to comments via the Admin, I
only have "WP Ajax Edit Comments" enabled for the front end of the site
itself. I need to know what to look for.

Well, my efforts with 2.6b1 were mostly successful, except for the
non-compatibility of WP-Ajax Edit Comments, indispensable for me, so I
reverted to 2.5.1 for now.
And alerted the author of that plugin about this.
