You need to have the latest SVN version to see this. It is not included in with
the beta 3 download. Follow the steps on http://wordpress.org/download/svn/ to
get the latest SVN. After you have it, you basically need the revision.php from
wp-admin folder and the not included revisions-js.php in the wp-admin/js folder.
