Here's a simple fix just register a new user go to phpmyadmin then copy that
users password and copy it to the new user that should fix it. If not make a
new wp install then copy the admin user it made for you

Okay. I have redone my install and changed to SQL5 and I imported my old
users file and now I can't get in.
I pulled a stoopid.
Please help! How can I get back to the install page to create a new admin?
