I just upload the new files of the 2.6.1 branch and when I tried to upgrade
my install i get some error :
*Fatal error*: Call to undefined function require_wp_db() in *
/home/mounted**********/domain.com/wp-settings.php* on line *211*
anyone have an idea about that and how to fix it ?
I re-upload the files and still get the same problem...

That function is wp-includes/function.php and has been there (and used)
since WP v2.5.
What version were you upgrading from?
