you can get the latest nightly version from:
http://wordpress.org/nightly-builds/wordpress-latest.zip
You can get an up-to-date zip from http://trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk
and selecting "Download in other formats: Zip Archive" at the bottom of
the page
I'm not sure why the nightly builds section isnt running, But like its
been mentioned, its not been updated since May 08
