try to find a file called php.ini and edit the limit.
if there is no one you can make one by notepad that come with Windows.
try this
max_input_time = 60
make it higher if it doesn't work
there also many thing about this you should search to find more info about
it.

Maybe the pictures are big which require memory memory than allowed for
you
to use.
