It would be nice to have a filter to be able to modify what is inserted into the editor when the user inserts a video using the "From URL" option rather than uploading (this is the default behavior for all media types). Currently it only inserts a link and there is no way to change this behavior. The code where it would need the filter is in the lines 422 to 434 in admin/includes/media.php.
