I think the WP devs have just fixed this problem. WP 2.7 9417 seems to have
fixed the problem. I guess it was just the past 2 latest releases which
caused the problem.

I think he's trying to say that he CAN scroll down to see the footer, but
with all that blank space above it, he shouldn't have to. The footer

simply be below all the content, or at the very most, at the bottom of the
screen... not under the screen.
