Hey - no I don't. I have the 'Screen Options' form, the 'Quick Press'
form and a hidden form (something to do with close post box nonce??)
but no comment form whatsoever. ....
There you go. It is because the site has no comments (test site). Add
a comment and the error goes away and the form loads.....

Can you have a look in the html source and see if the form exists?
