Hmmm, is there a reason that some of us would be seeing this and not
others? I can log in and out okay (9571) but I suppose I need to set
debug to true in order to see the errors on the Install Plugins page or
does this show up without it?

Unfortunately it may render your blog inaccessable as well if you
logout, and Cron needs to fire when you log in..
You can copy the latest /wp-includes/http.php file over the top of the
current one to fix it:

Was an error in [9572], was fixed in [9575] 45mins later, Did you
upgrade to the latest nightly? (If so, Might need to get another
nightly pushed out)
