I just happened to notice on today's auto-update (last 3 were beta 3, no mention of what build it is) that the tag cloud on the "Plugins/Add new" page disappears behind the footer when viewed on a 1024x768 display resolution (default for my display and uh...eyesight). In my case this leaves me without access to any tag below "sidebar".
