I remember in WordPress 2.7 RC1 and 2, their were additional settings in
the SETTINGS-MEDIA area of the backend. I used to be able to configure
the default behavior for images but I don't see that in my WordPress 2.7
installation. The only options I see are to configure the Thumbnail
size, Medium size and Large size. Were those additional options removed?
