There were some issues in trunk to do with meta deletion which should
now be fixed.
From memory we were deleting more than was requested - something like
all the meta with that key rather than just the requested post.
Are you both still experiencing problems with the latest nightly build?

plugin. I've been meaning to modify some things in core to better

the problem.
