I was seeing this too, I believe it was fixed in a nightly release with a
few modifications to the options table indexes
Please try updating to the latest release (You can use the automatic
upgrader to upgrade to each nightly release, even though the Version
number stays the same (beta2) the version of wordpress will be updated.
