CodePress has been disabled since 2.8.1
The reasoning was that it only supported a few browsers and some browsers
ended up with a non-useable code editor.
There were plans on replacing it with something better, but nothing has
been added yet.
Code to allow Tabs has been added to the code editors however, So you can
tab correctly there..
