Hello Hamoud, I see that you're using your mobile phone for sending your mail, that's fine, really, I do so, too - and most people don't mind a few mistakes when they know you're just trying to get back to them as quickly as possible or if there's a good reason. However, your message is very hard to read the way it is. That's not very nice. :-/
