That said: I think the decision not to provide backward-compatibility for existing contextual help hooks is absolutely TERRIBLE. It's basically saying, "hey, all you who went the extra mile to provide useful information to your users: yeah, sucks to be you." The decision seems to go against the usual WordPress MO of providing backward compatibility, and long deprecation periods, for just about *everything*. Rather than harp on it, I'm going to go read up on the new contextual help system; but I do think we're going to see some flak from this decision.
