Hi i found an answer to my problem. I noticed that there was a huge discussion about the SYSTEM account not being able to access a samba share. Well i found how to fix it.

In your smb.conf file you need to set in the global section

guest account = nobody

then the SYSTEM account was able to access the share to install my applications!

Man this just gets better and better
