I didn't set up the Samba server so I don't really know totally how it 
operates. And frankly I can never get Samba to do what I want...
We already had the Windows machines reboot in the middle of the night 
when I started working with WPKG, so it seemed easiest to add a line to 
run WPKG at the end of the startup script.
