Hi, I tried to narrow the problem, it is only after cold starting the computer, not after rebooting. I did that yesterday a few times and after rebooting the error never occurs. My first assumtion, that nothing is written into the Eventviewer is wrong, there is only one entry (sorry german, which says that there is an error, but not what error):

If wpkg.js is stared my hand with the rights of the serviceuser (it's normally started as a service with the rights of a domain user, not System Account) the script runs without errors. I reinstalled the scriptengine and the MDAC components, but nothing is better. I checked the registry, but all is correct. What could it be? I run WPKG 0.9.10.
