Now i´ve changed the Logon Delay time to "0" and i also hide the GUI while the
software installation so that no User can see it.

Betreff: Re: [wpkg-users] Problem with Delay Time and Notebooks

This might be bacause the wpkg-client it set on 5 minutes max logon time.

I found out the best was to put it on 0.

Have you tried using commandline only with schtasks /create /bc onstart .

Try it.

You can make an ifstatement in the batch script that pings the wpkg-server.
If it can connect it runs the script.

Hello All,

I have a Problem with WPKG. In our Company we have a lot of notebooks with the
wpkg client installed on it and they have an "Delay Time" for 5 Minutes.

So everytime they start their notebook and they are not in the company they
have to wait "5 Minutes". Is there any possibility to solve this Problem??

I´ve also tried to solve it with "Pre Commands". A small batchscript pings the
server for 3 times and afterwards, wpkg starts but it doesn't work. I still
have to wait the 5 Minutes.

Any help would be appreciatet.

Thanks in advance.
