All packages which are read from the XML files will have their ID automatically converted to lowercase/uppercase (done for settings and packages). This will allow the rest of the tool working as before while making sure that comparisons on IDs will always match. However the debug output and package IDs written to the local wpkg.xml will always be lower/uppercase (which is not a problem at all if you don't care about file case. I am going to implement it.
