Hi,
another one of my "good ideas" and feature requests...
What the problem is:
I need to install a software (A) which needs another software (B) to work
properly. This other software (B) MUST be installed AFTER the first software
(A).
I know this can be achieved by setting the priority for software A higher than
for software B but I cant make sure than always both packages are assigned to
the profile. And software B also works without software A so I cant use
dependencies.
So what I'd need is some kind of chained package installation.
"If you install software A then you also have to install software B
_AFTERWARDS_."
as opposed to dependencies where
"If you install software A then you also have to install software B _BEFORE_."
Would be nice to see this feature sometime in wpkg 1.1 :)
