This seems to be a problem which just appears on some machines and it
seems we could not yet figure out completely how to solve it. See other
messages here on the list.

Which version of WPKG client are you using? We recommend upgrading to
latest pre-release version (1.3.5 at time of writing).

Do you run any kind of Antivirus and/or Firewall application?
If there is anything in your Control-Panel => Add/Remove Programs which
is named like *Norton* or *Symantec* you might try to remove it ;-)
