I use wpkgclient on shutdown on Windows XP. I'm testing it on Vista, but it reboots after about 30 seconds. I know the GUI doesn't work because it can not interact with the desktop.
DETAILS: Vista Business SP1 32 bit italian UAC disabled No antivirus (for testing) wpkgclient installed as administrator (cmd as administrator, msiexec /i ... ) wpkgclient-1.3.14, in the past I tried other versions, from 1.3.6 on After I discovered the problem I simplified the wpkg configuration for testing purposes. SYMPTOMS: wpkgclient start wpkg.js but after about 30 seconds the client reboots during the execution of the package command.
