I used server IP addres instead of using \\server_name\wpkg
Now it works.

Thanx!

Another option would be to create a cname for your server_name, e.g. wpkg_server_name pointing to your server_name (and maybe a netbios alias) and refer to that in your connection string. this will save you from having to update the clients, or always keeping the same ip address when moving the server to a different hardware for example
...or instead of using \\server\wpkg as the share name try \\
server.mydomain.com\wpkg (i.e. the fully qualified domain name) which
tricks
Windows into thinking that you're using a different network resource.

Is someone who tried to join windows to a domain and can help me?

Simple - try another user account with administrative privileges in the
domain.

This is known Windows XP problem. For example, if the computer is joined
in
the domain (already), and you try to re-join, or change computer name,
and
do that from the domain account profile loaded (not local administrative
account&profile loaded), this error pops up.

The account of the profile which is active and loaded must be different
from the one you supply when authenticating to the DC, during joing
opperation.
