Currently /query is only supporting the following options:
a ... list all states of all packages
x ... list not installed packages
i ... list installed packages
u ... list packages to be upgraded
In addition it would be nice to have the following options too:
d ... list packages to be downgraded
r ... list packages to be removed

It would be nice to be able to combine the options:
cscript wpkg.js /query:udr
or, if this is not possible to allow multiple query switches:
cscript wpkg.js /query:u /query:d /query:r
