A couple of things, I have just found this product and group so I have not yet installed or uses the software yet. But that said, If you run "%Software%" in the Start / Run field does it open a directory on that computer? And does it (the directory) have all the necessary permissions to create folders etc. With a bunch of other distribution products you need the full path in the install line. %Software% only knows what to do AFTER you are on that computer. I would assume that you need to add "%SystemDrive%\%Software%\RamSSlink etc. . . Hope this helps Richard
