The WPKG client is unable to use system variables for logfile path or offline
script. This is a problem since we have multi language Windows installed.
Example:
When I set the log path to "%PROGRAMFILES%\wpkg\wpkg.log" The client will crash
during startup.
For non-variable use it is "C:\Program files\wpkg" for English Windows but
"C:\Program\wpkg" for Swedish.
