With this configuration, WPKG Client starts, performs its package management
*successfully*, but does not delay logon. In fact, I never even see the WPKG
window.
In the Client settings program (wpkginst.exe):
* WPKG User Interface "Show" is enabled (box is checked)
* Execution mode: "At system startup"
* Logon delay: "20 minutes"
The same configuration when used without VirtualBox (e.g. bare metal) the
client shows and delays logon until finished or the 20 minute timeout lapses.
Additional information:
* The user can logon before WPKG is finished; It's possible to see the cscript
window and interact with it, even interrupting it by killing the process.
* The Application Event Viewer shows all of the usual events from WPKGService,
from "WPKG Service trying start..." all the way through "Script execution:
successfuly [sic] done", and "WPKG Service: successfuly [sic] done"
Condense version:
1) GUI never shows.
2) Logon is not delayed.
