G'day mate, 
I'm not 100% sure, but when you are ticking the "don't show this again" box the 
setup would need to write a file or reg key to your machine. Then when you re 
run the setup it would check for that file/reg key and if it exists it won't 
show that window.

If you can find this file/reg key and push it out with the deployment I guess 
that the install would work.
