Hi Stefan,
I had a look at the code and the XSD. You're right, it has been specified but
not implemented. I thought about it and in fact I've decided to implement it.
In fact I just finished implementation for package variables and then I thought
it might make sense to support lcid for other variables like host and profile
variables too.
So I will check this (likely tomorrow) and come up with an extended version of
wpkg.js.
