Well, this discussion was already held once on the mailing list as far as I
remember. Initially the argument was that strictly speaking the expansion is
not done by WPKG but by WSH on command execution.
I've just commited a (yet untested) change which expands commands and prints it
in braces if the expansion changes anything within the string.
Variables which shall not be expanded within commands can also be solved by
calling a very simple cmd script.
