Well, I've got the feeling you're quite skilled in code analysis and
understanding too. Many fixes provided by you have been included in the past days.

I am now about to run the test suite and hopefully I will be able to sort
remaining bugs. Currently many tests in test4 suite fail for me :(.
I've already updated config.xml files to disable extended host information in
wpkg.xml but it still fails some tests. I will have to debug. We did many
changes so it's possible that I have broken some things.
