wrapper.js from WPKG 1.2/tools/64-bit-wrapper is not working.

I have never had a need to use wrapper.js at all, since WPKG has always
supported native 64-bit Windows for me.

The wrapper was created in order to support launching wpkg.js with 64-bit WSH (cscript.exe) launched from WPKG client 32-bit. It was done at a time where there was no 64-bit WPKG client available. Nowadays most ways to execute WPKG support invoking the 64-bit WSH binary directly. Therefore wrapper.js is supposed to be completely obsolete.

I even don't think one should use it, since it complicates things in my opinion.

You're right. Nowadays there is no need to use it any more. So I am open to discuss about removing it from the WPKG distribution.

Anyone still using wrapper.js?

br,
Rainer
